1.
What kind of chocolate bars do your personalized wrappers fit over?
Our wrappers fit over
a 1.55 oz Hershey's Chocolate Bar or Nestles Crunch Bar (regular
size candy bar),
our miniature wrappers fit over a Hershey's Miniature candy bar.
2. Is the
chocolate bar included with the personalized wrappers?
You can purchase your
personalized wrapper wrapped around a chocolate bar or you can save
money by purchasing and wrapping your own candy. The choice is yours.
3.
Can I purchase the personalized wrappers only?
Yes. All of our wrappers
can be purchased as wrappers only. See our wrapper-only prices.
4.
What type of paper do you use for your personalized wrappers?
Our personalized wrappers are professionally printed on glossy commercial grade
papers that could not be duplicated on home printers. Global Sweet
Treats will be happy to add in the personalized information of your
choice.
On some of our wrappers you can add a picture or a logo at no
additional cost.
5.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Global Sweet Treats accepts payments by American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks & Money Orders.
6.
What method of shipping will be used to mail my order?
It is your choice....
Our shipments usually takes 2-5 days to arrive at their destination.
If you have a definite deadline, we encourage to use of an express
courier. During the warmer, summer months we definitely suggest
using an express courier due to the fact that there is much more
likely for the chocolates to melt when using normal delivery.

How do I place an order?
You can order easily
by clicking on the link below each product.
You can also call us at 1-800-909-4874 to place your order.
8.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship
our orders out according to the requested delivery date you request when you
place your order.
Typically your order
will be mailed out within 48 hours from the time we receive your
order.
When ordering personalized wrappers, you will need to approve the proof of your
wrapper before we print your order. Any delays in the approval of the proof can
add time to when you will receive your order.
During peak seasons and
for large orders, please allow a longer time.
9.
If I order wrappers-only, how do I wrap them?
With all completed wrapper-only
orders, we provide easy to follow wrapping instructions. All
you need is some time and a glue stick.
10.
Is all customer
information kept confidential?
Absolutely, Any
and all customer information is kept in the strictest confidence.
11.
Do you accept large orders (client
gifts)?
Absolutely! We
will need extra time to fill these orders, especially during the holidays.
12.
Can you add note cards to gift
orders?
Yes, a note card
is included with each gift order.
13.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We can set it up
so FedEx or UPS delivers your package on Saturday. FedEx and UPS charges an
additional fee.
14.
How much will my
shipping charges cost?
During the order
process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from
which you can pick the one that suits your needs. To ensure the
recipient receives the freshest product possible, FedEx and UPS
orders received Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with shipping times
that fall over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.

Is sales tax added to my order?
Yes, for all
orders in which the recipient is located within Arizona.
16.
What is the shelf life of the
cookies?
After receiving
the cookies, they should be eaten within 3-4 days for the freshest taste.
If they start to lose
their freshness, put a fresh piece of bread in with cookies. The
freshness transfers from the bread to the cookies. We do not use any
preservatives or additives in our cookies. The shelf life is
approximately 2 weeks. For optimum freshness make sure cookies are
put in an air tight container or zip lock bag. For additional shelf
life, freeze your cookies in an airtight container. Thaw before
serving, but if you just can't wait, pop in the microwave for a few
seconds and they taste almost fresh baked!

Which products contain nuts?
Hershey's Miniature Candy Bars are all made on equipment that
processes chocolates with nuts,
Milk Chocolate Chip with Nuts
cookie, Semi Sweet Chocolate
Chip with Nuts cookie, White
Chocolate Chip Macadamia Nut cookie,
Oatmeal Cookie with Peanut Butter,
Chocolate Chips and Almonds cookie,
Peanut Butter with Peanut Butter
M&M's ® cookie, and many of our dessert cakes and cheesecakes contain
nuts. Please call us if you have a concern or allergy to nuts so that we can
recommend nut free products.
18.
How do the Gourmet Cookies arrive?
One Dozen are
put in a cellophane bag with curling ribbon. Two Dozen or more arrive in white
buckets with cellophane and a big bow.
19. What are the
ingredients used in the Gourmet Cookies?
The following
ingredients are in all of our cookies: pure butter, granulated sugar, brown
sugar, eggs, pure vanilla, flour, salt, baking soda.
Depending upon your
selection, your cookies may also include: baking powder, chocolate
pudding, baking cocoa, vanilla pudding, milk chocolate chips,
semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, chocolate covered
raisins, M&M's (Plain or Peanut Butter), pecans, almonds, macadamia
nuts, dried cranberries, raisins, cinnamon chips, mint chips,
espresso beans (Ground), milk chocolate espresso beans, peanut
butter, pumpkin, fresh lemon zest, fresh apples, fresh lemon juice,
fresh orange zest, fresh orange juice, anise seeds, raspberry bark,
fresh bananas, maraschino cherries, peanuts, organic lavender.
Natural Oils: lemon, orange, banana, raspberry, crème de menthe,
apple.
20.
What type of chocolate do you use
for your molded chocolates?
We use the
finest Belgian Chocolate in all of our products. Custom orders may be made in
milk or dark chocolate for the same price.
21.
How long will the molded
chocolates last?
Our chocolate
products have a shelf life of over 1 year. We do not recommend refrigeration.
Simply store the chocolates at room temperature (not over 72*) - keep away from
direct sunlight and heating units. Our cookies with chocolate have a shelf
life of 3-4 months.
22. Are any of
your products Kosher?
Yes, our molded
chocolate products and cookies are UO-D certified Kosher Dairy.
23.
When do I have to
place my order if I want it delivered the next day?
We have to
receive your order BEFORE 12:00 Noon (Mountain Time) the day BEFORE
you want your order to arrive.
For next day delivery, PLEASE check
your current time before placing your order! In order to make sure we receive
your order BEFORE 12:00 Noon MT place your order BEFORE:
2:00PM if you live in the Eastern Time Zone
1:00PM if you live in the Central Time Zone
12:00PM if you live in the Mountain Time Zone
11:00PM if you live in the Pacific Time Zone

What happens if the recipient is
not home?
FedEx and UPS
will leave the package in a safe place at the address. 85% of our shipments are
left at the door. If we had to depend on people being home during the day,
nothing would get delivered!
As an alternative, we recommend that you ship to a business address if possible,
as generally there is somebody there all day to receive the order.
25.
Can I send an order to someone in
a foreign country?
At this time no.
It's very expensive, and they cannot guarantee timely delivery. Customs issues
can also slow down the delivery. Our experience is that nobody is happy with the
results, so until that changes, we do not offer international delivery.

Treats get to eat chocolate every day?
