Shipping Information & Charges
We ship our orders Monday though Friday. We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail. We can ship you order Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select, and Ground.
When ordering your treats from our store, we ask that you specify a delivery date that you would like to receive your order by. When checking out, please take into consideration the date that you want your order by. If you are requesting your order in two days from when you place your order, and you choose ground shipping, we will upgrade you shipping method and add the extra cost to you invoice.
If your requested delivery date falls on a Saturday, there might be a shipping surcharge added to your bill when you have chosen either FedEx or UPS as your shipping method.
Please note that if you give us an incorrect shipping address, FedEx and UPS charges us a $10.00 fee that we are forced to pass on to you.
Chocolate Orders
When ordering chocolates, we recommend that you choose overnight, 2nd day or 3 day select for your shipping method. In the summer months it is best to choose overnight or 2nd day shipping to keep the chocolates from melting. If you choose Ground Shipping or Priority Mail we can not be responsible if the chocolates melt. All of our chocolate orders can be shipped out in Styrofoam coolers with ice packs to keep your product fresh until it arrives to you. The coolers help keep the chocolates cool for 2 to 3 days. There is an additional $9.00 charge for the cooler and ice packs.
Cake & Cheesecake Orders
All Cake and Cheesecake orders must be received by 1:00 pm PST in order to be shipped out that day. Any order received between 1:00 - 3:00 pm PST will be charged a $10.00 rush fee to be shipped out that day.
All Cakes and Cheesecake orders are shipped using a state-of-the-art fully encased Styrofoam container with foil coating inside and out. This keeps the cold in and the heat out! All Cakes and Cheesecakes are shipped fully frozen. Our packaging can actually keep our product cold for over 3 days, although we never go longer than 1 or 2 days!
Orders to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped Priority Overnight with an additional $10.00 surcharge.
Cookie Orders
Every cookie gift includes Gift Wrap and a Note Card. One Dozen is packaged in a Cellophane Bag. Two Dozen or more are packaged in a Cookie Bucket.
To ensure the recipient receives the freshest possible cookies, FedEx orders received Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with shipping times that fall over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.
